Improving Marketing Effectiveness with Customer Analytics and Marketing Dashboards

Compete to Present at ad:tech Chicago 2006

Stephen will host the panel: “Customer Analytics and Marketing Dashboards: Rolling Up Your Numbers to Create Data-Driven Business Advantage,” a look into how companies can better assess their marketing tactics by creating real-time dashboards based on competitor performance, call-center performance, point-of-sale metrics and Web site and marketing campaign data  that allow marketers determine if their marketing is really working.

Attendees will see examples of how to put insights into action through customer segmentation best practices while learning how specific marketing tactics can improve the bottom line of their organizations.

Joining Stephen in the discussion will be panelists from companies such as Carlson Hotels Worldwide, Lending Tree LLC, Octanti Associates, and The St. Joe Company.
